For everyone else, we'll continue here:

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED:

2 pieces of fabric, approx. 24x24 cm: https://amzn.to/3eassdG
2 pieces of trouser rubber, length approx. 22cm: https://amzn.to/3b7qVU9
Scissors: https://amzn.to/2RmECGA
Needles: https://amzn.to/2y2YwzA
Sewing thread: https://amzn.to/2x6eJ7l
Measuring tape: https://amzn.to/34rSuVp
Iron: https://amzn.to/2yMs312
Sewing machine: https://amzn.to/2JOuTVu

First we put a piece of fabric in front of us with the right side up and put it in three horizontal folds with a width of a good centimetre and iron them flat.

The second piece of fabric is placed in front of you with the left side up and ironed in three folds.

When we then lay the two pieces of fabric right side on top of each other, they should be the same size.

Now put the two trouser elastics between the two pieces of fabric, so that the ends stick out about 1-2 cm, depending on the size of your head.

Now the two pieces of fabric are stuck together with needles and the elastics are fixed about 1.5 cm from the upper and lower edge.

Next, the whole thing is sewn together with the sewing machine once all around, at the places where the elastics are, you should sew over them several times with the help of the return so that they are also firmly fixed, don't forget to leave a turning opening at the long side.

Then shorten the protruding rubber ends a little and turn the whole thing to the right through the turning opening.

Iron again and topstitch all around with a topstitching seam to close the turning opening at the same time.

And that's it!
