Reserves in Football Manager are typically overlooked. Yet, I get a load of questions about why they don’t seem to be doing what they should be doing for your FM side. Do B teams help with fitness? Do they help wonderkid development? Do FM reserves ever play games? Is it a glitch when they don’t? Enough questions, this video has the Football Manager answers. As they do.

Using reserve teams to organize your development and keep your team fit can actually have a huge impact on your FM save. That’s my way of saying in my escapades I should have made this video earlier for my Football Manager catalog.
