Germany has announced several measures to gradually return back to normality as the rate of active COVID-19 cases continues to drop.
As of Monday, the country has reported nearly 169,200 confirmed coronavirus cases, with more than 7,300 related deaths, according to figures compiled by Robert Koch Institute, with the critical reproduction rate climbing to 1.13.
