Prof Michael Frass' keynote presentation from HRI Malta 2017, in which he presents findings of a pragmatic randomised controlled trial, comprising 410 patients, to assess the effectiveness of homeopathy in addition to standard therapy: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26051564/

Results suggest that the global health status and subjective wellbeing of cancer patients improve significantly when homeopathic treatment is used in addition to conventional therapy.
