Steps:
Go to computer
Click on your hard drive or disk
Go to Program Files or Program Files (x86)
Go to Steam
Go to Steam Apps
Go to Common
Go to swkotor
Go to swkotor.ini or .config
Open with notepad
Go to Graphic Options
Change Fullscreen=1 to Fullscreen=0
Add to Graphic Options AllowWindowedMode=1
Save the file
Play the Game!
