How to Fix Victoria 3 Launcher Not Opening/Launching, Fix Victoria 3 Launcher General Error Initializing Game Container Failed Loading Config Launcher Settings json failed
Step 1) Restart Steam
Step 2) Run "launcher-installer-windows" in launcher folder
Step 3) Launch the game using victoria3 exe from game installation folder
Step 4) Uninstall paradox launcher v2, then launch Victoria 3, it should install launcher and the game should starts.
Step 5) Install latest version of Paradox Launcher from Paradox official site: https://www.paradoxinteractive.com/our-games/launcher
