First step:

Go into your anticheat file outside of the actual game files, (for me it was in my C drive in program files under a file called "EA" then in a file called "AC") Click on the file called AC and go into properties, and under security give it modify and write permissions.

Repair game.

Second step:

Give administrator rights to the following programs in Program Files/Electronic Arts/EA Desktop folder:

EALauncher.exe (1584kb)

EADesktop.exe(18709kb)

EABackgroundService.exe(9349kb)

Repair game again

Third step:

Download EA Anticheat from https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/

Run it with admin rights

Uninstall anticheat

Reinstall, without closing AC installer

I had the (9) (740) error and it is working so far with no errors or problems.
