Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver.

Step 6) Put -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 7) Run the game as an administrator
Step 8) Delete the save game file, this will result in loss of game progress
Step 9) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 10) Install Visual C++ files

Step 11) Disable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking apps, perform clean boot
Step 12) Update windows to the latest version
Step 13) Try Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 14) Uninstall and reinstall the game to different drive (SSD)

Xbox Game Pass Users
Step 1) Make sure Date, Time, Time Zone and Region Is Correct On your PC
Step 2) Make sure you are logged in with same account on Microsoft Store and Xbox App
Step 3) Verify and repair
Step 4) Create a desktop shortcut and launch the game as an administrator
Step 5) Uninstall & Reinstall Gaming Services

Step 6) Run this powershell command

Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Install all the Updates in Microsoft Store
Step 9) Repair/Reset the game
Step 10) Uninstall and reinstall the game
