Steps to Fix GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- Crash to desktop (CTD), Fix GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- Black Screen, Freezing Issue on PC
Step 1) Try different launch options
-nohmd
-d3d11
Step 2) Unplug external USB devices, VR Headsets, Headphones, Joystick or controllers
Step 3) Try deleting GameUserSettings.ini from saved data
Step 4) Verify the game files.
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 12) Try Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 13) Uninstall and reinstall the game
