After noticing framerate latency issues in Celeste I compared the relative performance of the normal steam build with the OpenGL build and noticed that despite having a dedicated GPU, the OpenGL build rendered much more reliably.

Hopefully this video helps solves any hitching/framerate lag issues you might have with Celeste.
