Steps to fix F1 2021 Crashing, EGO Dumper Crash, Black Screen, Freezing, Stuttering & Low FPS on Windows 10
Step 1) Don't close the ego dumper error, run the game in windowed mode this helped in my case (drag the ego dumper error to the bottom)
Step 2) Try deleting the F1 2021 folder from Documents or My Games folder- this will delete all the game progress.
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 4) Allow the game exe file to antivirus or Windows Security.
Step 5) Verify the game files.
Step 6) Install Visual C++ files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Step 7) Update Windows 10 to the latest version
Step 8) Run the game as an administrator, Try launching the game from installation folder.
Step 9) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 10) Disable steam overlay, also close other overlay application, Disable Steam cloud save, perform clean boot, close all the overclocking and background application.
Step 11) Try to lower down graphics settings, Turn "Texture streaming" in the graphics setting to lower.
Step 12) Uninstall and reinstall the game
Step 13) Reset your PC- this will result in data loss
