As the UK suffers the highest number of coronavirus deaths in Europe, Germany has begun easing its seven-week lockdown.


Churches, museums, shops and hair salons have reopened – so what can we learn from our European neighbour?


Their containment strategy was intense and their lockdown was swift… But can they prevent a second wave of the virus?
