Sharing my thoughts about Half-Life: Alyx after playing more than 18 hours so far. What makes it The Best Virtual Reality (VR) game that I played on the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset?

It's the combination of perfect detailed settings and visuals, careful level planning, perfecting the user interactions mechanics in VR, the spatial puzzle challenges, the tight and fun first-person shooting experience, the challenging missions, the lighting and level design that produced a continuous sense of fear and threat at every corner.

Enemies hit hard and require quick loading of your weapons and using the environment to stay safe. The survival aspect of the game perfected for VR and exploration is important to make sure you don't run out of necessities like bullets and healing items.

Half-Life: Alyx starts slow, and become more intense as you get used to the game's mechanics in virtual reality and become more intense and fun as you progress.

A game that not just developed from the ground up for Virtual Reality (VR) but perfected to deliver one of the most enjoyable VR experiences that I've tried to date.
