UPDATE

1. Go to http://www.mediafire.com/download/5ooa53u9bt48wqk/456091_intl_x64_zip.exe
2. Download it.
3. Run the Microsoft Self-Extractor.
4. When asked to choose a location, you should install it on "C:\", DO NOT CHANGE THIS.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Enjoy. I hope I saved you days of searching and frustration.

And if that dosnt work try installing any windows updates you have!
