Since we were notified on Reddit that Parsec patch 150-71 should fix the visual quality of Parsec for gaming, we thought we had best check it out and compare it to our favorite Moonlight streamer, the original post here:

states that the bandwidth was being restricted 10Mbs if the machine was over 50Km away, for all cloud gaming PCs that was definitely the case.
