Still not working? Here are the things I have tried and helped a little.
Try setting the game to high priority while playing. also try clearing battle.net cache by holding windows key + r and type %programdata% and then find a file called "Blizzard Entertainment" and delete it, dont worry it will write it self back in a fresh file, you could also try turning any anti virus off or make an exeption in the anti virus,maybe update grafics driver to the latest and also scan and repair the game through Battle.Net by going on your battle.net and select cod and click options and it will be there (may take a while). finally run the game as administrator and make sure you dont have any hardware monitoring softwere open then make sure your pc has the specs to play the game by checking the recommended parts on their website. if all that does not work then try moving your battle.net or just the game to a different hardrive/ssd also try looking at this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-rR0MRJ6XA . all I can do m8 hope it helps!
