This video is a reupload! The original got taken down for a breach of youtube's community guidelines, which came as a bit of a nasty shock. I've been trying to get clarification from youtube over the last few days as to what caused this and identify the exact issue - unfortunately their advice is a little vague. Therefore I've removed/changed all the parts which could have potentially caused the issue (I believe it was the ww2 references which were the problem), to make sure it adheres to all of youtube's content guidelines. The video took a while to make and has been frequently requested, so I wanted to fix it and bring it back to you to enjoy!

Anyway, enough spiel.
