This Dell Inspiron 5490 all in one was not booting into Windows 10. I ran diagnostics that said there was no hardware issues. I replaced the hard drive with a M.2 NVME SSD, reinstalled Windows 10, copied over her files from the hard drive and made sure all of the drivers for the hardware were up to date. The drive was failing. I say that based on experience and the behavior I saw using the drive.
