Install Kali Linux 2021.2 on your Windows 10 System using WSL 2 (Windows Subsystem For Linux Version 2)

We are not just going to get Linux Command Line Interface but also we are going to install GUI on Kali so that you can manage the Kali Linux host running within WSL version two, using remote desktop or Kex command.

1:09- Enable the Windows Subsystem for Linux and Enable Virtual Machine feature
2:03- Linux kernel update package
2:16- Set WSL 2 as your default version
2:30- Install Kali Linux
2:43- Now follow all the Commands as shown

Commands-
1.Enable the Windows Subsystem for Linux-
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart

2.Enable Virtual Machine feature-
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart

Restart

3.Download the Linux kernel update package-
Link- https://wslstorestorage.blob.core.windows.net/wslblob/wsl_update_x64.msi

4.Set WSL 2 as your default version
wsl --set-default-version 2

5.Check Version-
wsl --list --verbose

6.Install GUI-
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

7.Xrdp-
sudo apt install xrdp
sudo service xrdp start

8.Kex-
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade kali-win-kex
