Way 1. Refresh by Repair Upgrade
1.If you have Windows 10 installation disc, just connect it to your computer. Otherwise, please download MediaCreationTool from Microsoft, and use it to create installation media.
2.Find and run the Setup.exe. in the installation disc.
3.Then you will see Windows 10 Setup window. You can choose whether to download updates or not and click Next.
4.In the What needs your attention screen, click Change what to keep.
5.Then you will have three options, select the first one, Keep personal files, apps, and Windows settings.
6.Click Next to refresh Windows 10.

Way 2. Create a Custom Refresh Image
1.Boot from the recovery media or installation disk.
2.Go to Troubleshoot, click Advanced Options, then choose Command Prompt.
3.Type the following command then press enter
dism /Capture-Image /Capturedir:C:\ /ImageFile:D:\windows10\install.wim /Name:windows10
This command means to backup the current system to D:\windows10 folder and create image file install.wim.
4. Later if you install new applications or Windows updates, you can add an additional image to the image file just created. Just type
Dism /Append-Image /ImageFile:D:\windows10\install.wim /CaptureDir:C:\ /Name:windows10
5.When you want to reset this PC, you can type
reagentc /setosimage /path D:\windows10 /index 1
6.If Windows 10 Reset failed, you can use this command “reagentc /info” to check if this recovery image is still available.
