System Requirements.
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC).
RAM: 4 gigabyte (GB).
Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device.

System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable.
TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0.
Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver.
Display: High definition (720p) display that is greater than 9" diagonally, 8 bits per color channel.

1- Run The Rufus-3.14.
2- Install Windows 10 On Usb Flash Drive.
3- Replace The File Win10 "\sources\install.wim\" To File Win11.
4- You Can Install Windows 11 From Windows 10 Setup Files
Without TPM 2.0 Secure Boot And UEFI GPT.
5- Install Windows 11 On Old Laptop/PC Only Legacy Boot MBR.

You can run windows 11 x64 normal
No Need Security Boot
No Need TPM 2.0
No Need UEFI GPT
Only Legacy Boot MBR
You have to download windows 10 x64 to complete install windows 11 x64
