You need to access boot menu from BIOS and select the USB Drive to boot. If you don't know how to do that then watch this video from the time stamp already in the link -

If with standard installation you find that it shows : "Your PC can't run Windows 11" then take a Windows 10 installation iso, mount it, open the sources folder, copy all the files except install.esd or install.wim (whichever is present) and paste them in the sources folder of the flashed USB Drive. Replace the files.

If it shows "Windows can't be installed in this partition since it is GPT" then you need to convert the drive to MBR. THIS PROCESS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DATA. Back up the files. Start command prompt from the installation disk and type "diskpart" Hit enter. Then type "list disk" Hit enter. Now try to identify the Disk where you will install the OS. Let that name be "Disk X" where X is the number. Now type "select disk X" Type "clear" and hit enter. This will format the drive. Now type "convert mbr" Hit enter. Done! Now you can install Windows 11!
