Hey guys, so the Zygostatics 2020 Weight Gain Challenge has come to an end! In this vid I show you guys how I gained 10lbs in a month super fast, and how I also made it look good. I've gotten THICK in Quarantine. When I made this video APRIL 30th I was 9lbs up, today i'm up to 10lbs.

We talk about the science behind the weight gain, explain why you might get different results. We also talk about our initial plans and expectations vs the outcome. The before and after worked out quite well- better than our expectations and we look into why this might also be. I managed to gain weight fast using a combination of a 30 day bodyweight workout plan and a personalied diet plan.

No I did not take apetamin..... NO APETAMIN! And we have a video about why we do not recommend.
