We have spent two 3 hours sessions with help from the live stream chat room with lots of potential solutions for updating Greg to Windows 10 ver 20H2 which all failed. We are currently intending to fresh install Windows 10 1909 then perform update to 20H2 to prove his computer can do that. Depending on whether that works or not we will consider next options. We have a full image backup via Acronis and Macrium Reflect.
