FIX Stream Validating Files | FIFA 22 Verifying Update Takes Forever
You might be facing this issue after the recent Fifa 22 update.
Here is the Fix:

Windows key+R
Then type in
%AppData%
Delete Origin folder

For EA App users. Did some research you can
1. Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
2. Scroll to Help.
3.Click App recovery.
4.Select Clear cache.


For Steam Users this is all I could find on clearing Cache
1.Open Steam
2. Click menu Top left Bar Steam then click on Settings
3.Select Downloads from the Preferences sidebar
4.Near the bottom, click Clear Download Cache
5. Click OK to confirm you want to clear the cache
6.win key + R type in %AppData%
7.delete the origin folder and login to your steam again
