ETS2 1.37 just got released and no, Promods does not yet work with 1.37. Neither does any map mod that requires Promods.
EAA requires an unofficial fix to work on 1.37
Project Japan requires you to change the manifest files for the current version to work on 1.37
Other standalone maps may crash completely and theres nothing you can do about that but wait...

Ill do my best to help you through this crisis and keep you posted as maps gets updated and compatible with the new game version.
