This is a video about the 2016 model of the dell inspiron 13 5000 series ultra book. In this video i will be upgrading the dell inspiron 13 5000 series 2016 version, i will be upgrading the wd blue 500gb hard drive to a 240gb ssd and adding a additional 8gb stick of ram. There are several more videos soon to be released on this laptop, The next video I will doing a big overview on the computer and also how it performs with the upgrades. specs for the dell inspiron 13 5000 that i got it with:

Cpu: intel i3 6100u
ram: 4gb of ddr4 2133mhz ram
hard drive: 500gb WD blue 5400rpm hard drive
screen: 1080p ips glossy touchscreen

The parts i will be upgrading this laptop with:

ssd: Kingston v300 240gb ssd

additional ram: 8gb of kingston hyperx fury ram ddr4 sodimm 2133mhz

I got it on sale for 500 dollars and it is currently 530 on amazon and a very solid laptop and definitely worth it for what uses i wanted to use it as, this isn't a gaming machine or super high performance but for its intended purposes its actually one of the best values on the market at the moment for the performance some future upgrade-ability for its current price.
