Computer hacked password set. Return computer to normal operation by resetting the unknown password

To down load Windows 10 Recovery media creator:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Commands:
To access OS drive type: d:
Go to System32 directory: cd Windows\System32
Rename utilman.exe: rename utilman.exe utilman1.exe
Copy Command: copy cmd.exe utilman.exe

Be sure to return these files back to normal after password is reset.
You need to go back in with recovery media and type these commands:

Switch to OS drive: d:
Go to system 32: cd Windows\system32
delete utilman: del utilman.exe
rename utilman1: rename utilman1.exe utilman.exe
restart computer.
