Sorry, I wish I could enter a longer title.
Basically, I am having problems installing the lifecam studio software 3.6 for my webcam. It's actually annoying since I need this to edit the camera settings.

Anyways, this is the error I am receiving:
setup could not complete downloading and installing files to your computer due to a problem with your network or internet connection. check that the connection is working properly and then run setup again.

NOTE: this software only runs up to windows 7. I'm currently running a windows 10 machine.

If you need to access more advanced settings for your webcam like brightness or focus settings like manual or autofocus, then please try the following apps:

Camera App. Click the gear settings icon at the top left and enable pro mode. Once enabled on your left you will have options for brightness and focus.

Skype app, in settings for video, you can adjust many webcam settings. It was suggested by a reviewer on amazon who had purchased lifecam cinema webcam.
